International orders are welcomed, please read below for information on International orders.
SHIPPING OPTIONS:
We only ship USPS. All items under 16 oz will ship USPS First Class Package (3-5 days) all items over 16 oz will ship USPS Priority (2-3 days).
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? (U.S.) (updated 8/30/18)
ORDERS ARE SHIPPED IN THE ORDER THEY ARE RECEIVED. WE HAD TO EXPAND OUR SHIPPING TIME FRAME DUE TO EXPANSION.
MOST ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER UNLESS THEY ARE LISTED IN OUR "READY TO SHIP" SECTION.
Ready to Ship Items: Ships in 1-2 business days.
Personalization, Clothing, Made to Order jewelry: 7-10 business days.
CLOTHING: 7-10 business days. During the Holiday seasons, personalized, clothing, & made to order jewelry, may be delayed as much as 10 days. If you need your items by a specific date, please be sure to order with plenty of time. Our normal processing hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. EST.
*Orders may be delayed due to bad weather, incorrect address information, different shipping and billing address information, or availability of the product.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We are happy to offer international shipping.
To help you get the most accurate and fair shipping price, we do ask that you contact us before ordering with you name, address and exactly what you are purchasing (even a screenshot of your entire cart would be helpful!)

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? (INTERNATIONAL)
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
All items are shipped USPS First Class International Shipping.
PLEASE READ : All international packages can ONLY be tracked until the package leaves the US. You will not see any additional tracking information once the packages leaves the US. Tracking will be picked back up once your postal service receives it. We are NOT responsible for lost or stole packages.
- Please allow an extra 48-72 business for your order to be processed and shipped out.
- Orders do not ship weekends or holidays.
- International First Class Shipping (1-5 weeks depending on continent or area)
- All transit times exclude time in customs.
- We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen items.
- It's illegal to falsify customs declarations or mark an item as a "gift" in order to avoid customs fees.

**We are not responsible for undelivered or misdelivered packages due to address incorrectly entered by customer.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS:
We do not ship any orders on Saturday or Sunday. Shipping to P.O. boxes is available only through the U.S. Postal Service.
