If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please send us an email with your order number. We strive for customer satisfaction and will try to work with you depending on the situation. 

Please make sure you review size charts and measurements on clothing and read the descriptions carefully before purchasing. 

We inspect every item thoroughly before shipping. All items leaving our facility is in NEW condition. We are not responsible for items that are damaged in the shipping process. 

In the event we accept a returned item there will be a 15% restocking fee. The restocking fee is calculated based on the purchase price of the sale. A restocking fee invoice will be sent through PAYPAL once we receive the return item. Return shipping fees are the buyers responsibility. All returned items will require a tracking number and needs to be in the original condition as it was shipped. 

RETURN RESTRICTIONS: 

All sales are final on jewelry/earrings. 

We do not accept returns on personalized/monogrammed items.
